Do you ever feel a hidden ceiling on how much you allow yourself to receive in life?

If so, this circle is an invitation to your liberation.
In this workshop, we will explore the practice of Existential Kink within a supportive circle.
Developed by Dr. Carolyn Elliott, Existential Kink is a shadow work approach that explores a provocative truth: the “problems” in our lives often persist because—at a hidden, unconscious level—we are receiving a secret, taboo pleasure from them.
In this nervous-system-first space, you will be guided to gently uncover and explore the hidden pleasure you may be receiving from a “negative” situation or recurring pattern in your life.
You will be celebrated in expressing the taboo emotional range that has ‘not been allowed’ within this pattern, which may be holding a lot of personal power; allowing your system to release the stored charge around these patterns. This release frees the life force that has been bound up in these patterns, restoring more vitality and creativity.
This is a spiritual, psychological, and somatic experience—crafted to help you dissolve the limitations that may have held you back for years.
By bringing your shadow into the light—fully expressed, witnessed, and embraced— you can transmute it into gold: restoring the creative energy, freedom, and wholeness that has always been yours.

Shadow Work For Improvisers
Are you a comedy improviser?
Do you want to stretch beyond your comfort zone and bring to life darker, edgier characters — the kind who are villainous yet still charismatic, funny, and lovable?
If so, Shadow Work for Improvisers is for you.
Through a series of exercises and play, we will explore the parts of you that are typically deemed ‘socially unacceptable’. The parts that we might typically hide.
This is your invitation to take off some of these polite masks, and to play with some more shadowy aspects of human nature.
All with the intention of feeling confident to create characters with a full range of human expression within our improv.
Give yourself, your fellow players, and your audience the gift of complex, grounded ‘bad’ characters.
This workshop sits somewhere between personal development and performance skills.

The Shadow of Sisterhood
A workshop exploring the, often unspoken, dynamics between women.
This two-day workshop invites you to gently explore the hidden, taboo, and sometimes disowned aspects of sisterhood. In order that we might liberate the gold within the shadows.
Held with somatic safety and nervous system care at the forefront.
You will be invited to slowly take off any masks of politeness and social conditioning.
To explore the parts of you that may have been exiled - parts that may have been shamed, suppressed, or labelled as "too much" or "not enough".
To give voice to dynamics between women that might be keeping each other smaller than we truly are.
In reclaiming these parts, we aim to liberate the power, life force and creativity contained within them.
This workshop is for women who want to step into their wholeness in the presence of other women.

MEN AND WOMEN’S DESIRE CIRCLE
This event invites you to explore your desires in relation to the opposite sex. Within a safe and held circle.
You will be invited to connect with how you would most like to be met by men, or by women. And to courageously name, and potentially receive, your desired experiences. (Depending on the consent, boundaries and capacity of yourself and of the other people in the circle.)
All desires are welcome. From the tender, to the sexual, the playful, the fiery, the weird, the sensual, mundane, fantasy, kinky, sweet, young, aching or archetypal.
If there is mutual consent, the invitation is to move into being met in your desires, on the mat, in the centre of a lovingly held circle of sacred witnesses.
This is an opportunity to gain new imprints as to what is possible for you in your life.
